There will be 154,245 tickets printed (146,900 will be available for sale, 7,345 will be awarded as prizes). The total number of prizes to be awarded is 28,338. Only ticket(s) that have been paid for, and have been verified as paid for, or won as prizes, are eligible for respective draws. ◊Group Purchase Program is applied to groups of tickets purchased, whether by an individual or a group of individuals. Tickets are $100 each, 2 for $150, 3 for $195, 5 for $295 or 10 for $500. Tickets may be ordered by mail, phone, fax, in person (at The Hospital for Sick Children), or online at www.SickKidsLottery.ca. . Purchases are limited to persons 18 years of age or older. Tickets must be purchased in Ontario and cannot be mailed outside of Ontario. Tickets are not tax deductible. All purchases will be processed and fulfilled under the supervision of MiraTel Solutions Inc. Purchasers do not need their ticket(s) in hand in order to be included in the respective draw(s).
Winning tickets will be drawn under the supervision of MiraTel Solutions. The Grand Prize and Dream Pack prizes (total of 6 draws) will be take place at The Hospital for Sick Children under the supervision of Miratel Solutions. After each draw selection, winning tokens are recorded and returned to the drum, to be eligible for all other subsequent draws. After every fifth draw selection, the drum will be rotated a minimum of one full rotation. All prizes must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions except where a cash alternative option is specified. In the event you have won a prize with a cash alternative, you will be notified in writing and a waiver form will need to be signed and returned to SickKids Foundation before receiving the prize(s). Super Early Bonus Draw includes one draw for a trip for 2 to see Italy by Ferrari and $50,000 cash. Additional tour guidance will be provided by an Art and Leisure Director. Final Draw Vacation Packages are provided by Benefit Auction Lifetime Experiences. Each Safari Vacation includes meet/greet at Richards Bay Airport, South Africa and transfers to and from Zulu Nyala Safari Lodge, six days and six nights accommodation (based on double occupancy) at Zulu Nyala Safari Lodge, three meals daily and two game drives (escorted by professional game rangers) daily. Draws will commence at 9 a.m. The Dream Pack prizes and Grand Prize draw (total of 6 draws) will take place under the supervision of Miratel Solutions and will take place at The Hospital for Sick Children at 555 University Ave., Toronto, Ontario M5G 1X8. Draws will commence at approximately 1 p.m.
All winners will be notified by mail with complete instructions on how to redeem their prize. Those winners who have won major prizes may also be contacted by phone. On December 20, 2010, there will be an advertisement in The Toronto Sun announcing all major prize winners.
