How can I purchase SickKids Lottery Ticket(s)?

There are three ways to order a ticket:

  • Order online today! Click here to order now!
  • Call the toll-free telephone number 1-877-232-KIDS (5437), or 416-514-2135 in the Greater Toronto Area, and use a credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express).
  • Complete a ticket order form and mail it along with a cheque, money order or a credit card number (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) to: SickKids Lottery, PO Box 204, North York, RPO Steeles W, Toronto, Ontario, M3J 9Z9

How much does a SickKids Lottery ticket cost?

The SickKids Lottery offers the following ticket order bundles:

  • 1 ticket for $100
  • 3 tickets for $250
  • 6 tickets for $375
  • 15 tickets for $675

There are only 135,000 SickKids Lottery tickets available for sale.  

There are also Combo and Super Combo Packs that deliver huge added value and even more chances to win big!  

You can buy SickKids Lottery, 50/50 Draw, and Cash Calendar tickets in one bundle and receive bonus tickets for all three.

What are the value-added Combo and Super Combo Packs?

The Combo and Super Combo Packs are available as follows:

Combo Pack ($575) – That’s $160 in extra value!

  • 7 SickKids Lottery Tickets - 1 Bonus Ticket
  • 75 50/50 Draw Tickets - 25 Bonus Tickets

How is the extra value determined for the Combo and Super Combo Pack?

The extra value is calculated using the average ticket values for the bundles on which the value is being added. The Combo Pack is based on the SickKids Lottery 6 ticket bundle ($375), the 50-50 Draw 50 ticket bundle ($100) and the Cash Calendar 50 ticket bundle ($100).

  • $375 divided into 6 tickets is $62.50 per SickKids Lottery ticket
  • $100 divided into 50 tickets is $2.00 per 50/50 Draw ticket
  • $100 divided into 50 tickets is $2.00 per Cash Calendar ticket

The Combo Pack includes one (1) extra SickKids Lottery ticket ($62.50 value), 25 extra 50/50 tickets ($50.00 value) and 25 extra Cash Calendar tickets ($50.00 value) That’s $162.50 in extra value!

A similar calculation applies to the Super Combo Pack, using the SickKids Lottery 15 ticket bundle and the 200 ticket bundles for the 50/50 Draw and Cash Calendar.

How much do 50/50 Draw tickets cost?

The SickKids Lottery offers the following 50/50 Draw ticket bundles:

  • 5 tickets for $25
  • 15 tickets for $50
  • 50 tickets for $100
  • 200 tickets for $150

The Combo Pack and Super Combo Pack can also be purchased to include SickKids Lottery tickets, 50/50 tickets, and Cash Calendar tickets.

50/50 Draw tickets can only be ordered in conjunction with SickKids Lottery tickets. The minimum payout is $500,000. If your SickKids Lottery ticket becomes invalid, all 50/50 Draw tickets associated with your SickKids Lottery ticket will also become invalid. SickKids 50/50 Draw tickets may be purchased in the same order as SickKids Lottery Tickets, or separately, up until the close of sales for the SickKids Lottery. The deadline for sales is midnight February 27, 2026. There is no limit to the number of 50/50 Draw tickets sold.

How much do SickKids Cash Calendar tickets cost?

The SickKids Cash Calendar offers the following ticket bundles:

  • 5 tickets for $25 (maximum 30,000 orders)
  • 15 tickets for $50 (maximum 10,000 orders)
  • 50 tickets for $100 (maximum 3,000 orders)
  • 200 tickets for $150 (no maximum)

The Combo Pack and Super Combo Pack can also be purchased to include SickKids Lottery tickets, 50/50 tickets, and Cash Calendar tickets.

Cash Calendar tickets can only be ordered in conjunction with SickKids Lottery tickets. If your SickKids Lottery ticket becomes invalid, all Cash Calendar tickets associated with your SickKids Lottery ticket will also become invalid. Cash Calendar tickets may be purchased in the same order as SickKids Lottery Tickets, or separately, up until the close of sales for the SickKids Lottery. The deadline for sales is midnight February 27, 2026. There are 1,200,000 Cash Calendar tickets available for sale.

What is the SickKids Cash Calendar?

The SickKids Cash Calendar is an add-on game with cash prizes given away every day in April 2026. The SickKids Cash Calendar is not a 12-month calendar.

Who is eligible to buy a SickKids Lottery ticket?

Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age at the time of ordering. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of a minor. Purchasers must also be in the province of Ontario to order tickets.

The following persons are prohibited from purchasing SickKids Lottery tickets or obtaining benefit from the prize offering: SickKids Foundation staff and Board of Directors; The Hospital for Sick Children Executive Team and Board of Trustees; partners and employees of MNP LLP and its affiliates; employees of registered gaming suppliers; and, members of the same household of each of the above.

How long does it take to receive my ticket(s)?

Your tickets will be emailed and should arrive via email within three (3) business days of the order date.

If you have not received your ticket(s) within the time period noted above, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-216-2598, or 416-977-9151 in the Greater Toronto Area, for a replacement ticket(s).

I don’t have an email address; how can I get a copy of my ticket?

You can have a hard copy of your ticket mailed to you by calling Customer Service at 1-877-216-2598 or 416-977-9151 in the Greater Toronto Area.

I would like a physical ticket mailed to me.

You can have a printed copy of your ticket mailed to you by calling customer service at 1-877-216-2598 or 416-977-9151 in the Greater Toronto Area.

What if I lose, haven’t received, or there is an error on my ticket?

You do not need your ticket to claim your prize. Your name, address and phone number are recorded in the database along with your ticket number, which is proof enough. If you would like a replacement ticket, please call 1-877-216-2598 or 416-977-9151 in the Greater Toronto Area.

Depending on the value, winners may be required to provide identification prior to receiving their prize.

Will a charitable tax receipt be issued for my ticket(s)?

No. According to Canada Revenue Agency regulations, charity lottery ticket purchases are considered entertainment, not a direct donation so we are unable to issue a tax receipt for SickKids Lottery ticket(s), 50/50 Draw tickets or Cash Calendar tickets. Donations over $20 will receive a tax receipt.

Are prizes won in the Lottery taxable?

No. Lottery winnings are not taxable in Canada as they are considered windfall.

I am trying to order my ticket online. Why isn’t it going through?

You must be in the province of Ontario to order a ticket. Some internet providers, although servicing an Ontario residence, are not registered in Ontario. As such, this may result in an error in processing your order. If you are in Ontario and are unable to use our online ordering, please call 1-877-232-KIDS (5437), or 416-514-2135 in the Greater Toronto Area, and we would be pleased to process your order.

Can I cancel my SickKids Lottery ticket(s) and get a refund?

SickKids Lottery, Cash Calendar, and 50/50 Draw tickets may be cancelled prior to the commencement of the draws and will be refunded for the amount that was paid for the tickets.  Once draws have begun, no refunds are permitted.

If your SickKids Lottery ticket is cancelled or becomes invalid, all 50/50 Draw tickets and Cash Calendar tickets associated with your SickKids Lottery ticket will become invalid.

How many tickets will be sold?

There are 135,000 SickKids Lottery tickets and they are available until February 27, 2026 or while supplies last.

There are 1,200,000 SickKids Cash Calendar tickets and they are available until February 27, 2026 or while supplies last.

There is no limit to the number of 50/50 Draw tickets available.

You must have purchased at least one SickKids Lottery ticket (in the current lottery) to purchase 50/50 Draw tickets and/or Cash Calendar tickets.

I didn’t order SickKids Cash Calendar or 50/50 Draw tickets when I ordered my SickKids Lottery ticket(s). Can I still purchase tickets for these draws?

Yes, you can place your SickKids Cash Calendar and 50/50 Draw ticket order at any time prior to the deadline of midnight, February 27, 2026 or until the Lottery is sold out. Please call 1-877-216-2598 or 416-977-9151 in the Greater Toronto Area and we will be happy to process your order.

Prizing / Deadlines

What are the prizes in the SickKids Lottery?

There are 10 Grand Prizes in the SickKids Lottery including $1 Million CASH! The total number of prizes to be awarded is 55,283. The total value of all prizes is $3,931,567.60 (MSRP) inclusive of all applicable taxes and freight.

If I win a prize in the SickKids Lottery, can I accept the cash value instead?

Yes, when a cash alternative is offered. You choose either the prize or the cash alternative as listed. If there is no cash option, prizes must be accepted as awarded. See Rules and Regulations for more details.

If I win the VIP, Early Bonus or Early Bird Prizes, do I still qualify for the other prize draws?

Yes. Every winning ticket, including the SickKids Lottery and the Cash Calendar, goes back into the draw so you can win more than once.

What is included with the St. Lucia Vacation VIP Prize?

The St. Lucia Vacation VIP Prize includes round trip economy airfare from Toronto for two (2), all transfers, and seven (7) all-inclusive days at the Sandals Grande St. Lucian.

What is included with the Natural Wonders of Iceland & Audi S5 Early Bonus Prize?

If I choose a vacation prize, do I need to go on the vacation by a certain date?

Travel prizes must be booked through Uniglobe Carefree Travel Group and travelled within 12 months of the draw date. Once a booking is confirmed, change and cancellation penalties may apply.

What are the prizes in the SickKids Cash Calendar?

There are thirty (30) Daily Cash Prizes of $5,000 and one hundred and fifty (150) Daily Cash Prizes of $1,000 – that’s six (6) winners every day throughout the month of April 2026. There is also one (1) kick-off prize of $25,000, four (4) weekly prizes of $10,000, and three (3) Grand Prizes of $50,000.

What is the total value of all prizing in the SickKids Cash Calendar and 50/50?

The total value of all Cash Calendar prizes is $515,000. The 50/50 Draw has one cash prize that is 50% of all ticket sales. The minimum guaranteed prize value is $500,000 and there is no limit to how big the 50/50 Jackpot can grow.

When are the purchase and draw deadlines for the SickKids Lottery, 50/50 and Cash Calendar?

Winners

How will the winners be notified?

All winners will be notified in writing as to what they have won and how to claim their prize. All winning ticket numbers will be posted on SickKidsLottery.ca. VIP Prizes, Early Bonus Prizes and Early Bird Prizes will be posted to the website by 5:00 p.m. the day of the respective draws. Winning ticket numbers for the Final and Grand Prizes will be posted on March 13, 2026 by 5:00 p.m. Major prize winners may also be contacted by telephone.

The primary ticket purchaser may, at its option, add the names of up to two additional persons to the ticket at the time of purchase (“Additional Persons”). These Additional Persons are not ticketholders and the Foundation has no obligation or liability to any person named on a ticket other than the primary ticket purchaser, who may or may not elect to share any win information and prize(s) with any Additional Person named on the primary purchaser’s winning ticket(s). A printed list of prize winners will be available upon request after May 4, 2026 by calling 1-877-216-2598 or 416-977-9151 in the Greater Toronto Area or by emailing SickKidsLotterycs@mnp.ca

Will my name be publicized if I am a winner?

Yes, in accordance with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, the winners must be collected in a list for reporting purposes (including ticket number, name and city). There will be a full, searchable winners list on the SickKids Lottery website. SickKids Lottery reserves the right to publish the name, city and photograph of any winner. Winner information may be released to the news media and may be used in advertising for the Hospital for Sick Children, SickKids Lottery or SickKids Foundation.

How can I get a complete winners’ list?

How do I claim my prize, and how long do I have to claim it?

All winners will receive a letter from the SickKids Lottery providing details on how to claim their prize. All prizes will be shipped free of charge to the prize winner’s address. If you have not received a letter, please call Customer Service at 1-877-216-2598 or 416-977-9151 in the Greater Toronto Area. We ask that all winners claim their prizes within three (3) months if possible. Prizes must be claimed within six (6) months of the final draw date.

SickKids Foundation respects the privacy of its lottery supporters; we do not sell, rent or trade our supporter lists. The information we collect is used to process lottery ticket purchases, keep our supporters informed about the activities of the hospital and Foundation, and ask for their support for our mission to improve children’s health. SickKids Lottery Membership

What is the SickKids Lottery Membership Program?

Members of the SickKids Lottery Membership Program are pre-registering for future SickKids Lotteries. Members will be notified at the beginning of each SickKids Lottery to confirm their ticket order. Upon confirmation, the ticket order will be processed and tickets emailed – ensuring that members are eligible for ALL draws.

How can I become a Member of the SickKids Lottery?

Becoming a member is easy and free.  Simply check the “Yes please. I would like to become a SickKids member and never miss a draw.” box when you order your tickets.  You can also email SickKidsLotterycs@MNP.ca  OR call 1-877-216-2598, or 416-977-9151 in the Greater Toronto Area,  and an agent would be happy to register you.

What are the benefits of being a SickKids Lottery member?

SickKids Lottery tickets often sell out early.  Becoming a member will ensure you get your tickets before they are sold out and that you don’t miss any of the draws. SickKids Lottery members also get access to special SickKids content.

Will I be notified before my credit card is charged in future lotteries?

Yes. All SickKids Lottery members will receive advance notice about their ticket order and given time to make changes or cancel.

How will I get my tickets for the next SickKids Lottery?

Your tickets will arrive via email but not until after we have sent you advance notice that your credit card will be charged.

Will 50/50 Draw and Cash Calendar Lottery tickets also be included in the membership program?

Yes, your Membership order will match your current order. Your notification at the beginning of future lotteries will outline your selection and give you an opportunity to make changes.

How many SickKids Lotteries are there?

There are two (2) SickKids Lotteries per year. One in the summer and one in the winter.

How can I update or cancel my SickKids Lottery membership?
